Responsibility
- Plan, execute, and manage renewable energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee site operations, including construction, installation, and commissioning of solar and BESS systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize system designs and improve project efficiency.
- Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and material sourcing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project engineering, construction, or renewable energy sectors.
- Proven experience in managing solar or BESS projects is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes in Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
