Responsibility
- Design, develop, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC control solutions for commercial and industrial facilities.
- Optimize energy efficiency through data-driven analysis and system tuning to reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, IT) to integrate IoT sensors, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
- Conduct site surveys, load calculations, and system audits to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop custom control algorithms and automation sequences for climate control, lighting, and security systems.
- Provide technical training and support to clients, contractors, and internal teams on system operation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with local and international standards (ASHRAE, ISO, SNI) for building automation and energy efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in real-time monitoring and control systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or building automation (Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, or similar platforms).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Structured Text (IEC 61131-3) for PLC/SCADA systems.
- Strong knowledge of communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, KNX).
- Experience with energy modeling tools (EnergyPlus, IES VE) and BMS software (Tridium, Niagara, Desigo).
- Familiarity with LEED, Green Mark, or other sustainability certifications is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and client-facing communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally Malaysia.
