Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance in accordance with local and international standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documents for accuracy and feasibility.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Manage material procurement, inventory, and logistics to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
- Generate progress reports, risk assessments, and cost analyses for stakeholders and senior management.
- Liaise with local authorities and clients to obtain necessary permits, approvals, and project sign-offs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project management, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or other construction management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable construction practices is advantageous.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for occasional travel to other project locations.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills are a plus.
