Responsibility
- Oversee SMT production processes to ensure efficiency and quality compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SMT equipment and assembly lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing workflows.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of SMT machinery.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on SMT best practices.
- Ensure adherence to safety and industry standards in all operations.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate production records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in SMT manufacturing or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of SMT equipment, PCB assembly, and soldering techniques.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with quality control standards (e.g., ISO, IPC).
