Responsibility
- Assist in end-to-end project planning, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Prepare and review tender documentation, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
- Conduct system testing and validation to verify functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide root-cause analysis with actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and clients to align project deliverables with stakeholder expectations.
- Maintain accurate project records, including test reports, change logs, and progress updates.
- Support the implementation of quality assurance (QA) processes to minimize defects and rework.
- Participate in project meetings, providing technical insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project support, system testing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and tender preparation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability.
- Experience with testing tools/frameworks (e.g., JIRA, Selenium, Postman) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a proactive approach to deadlines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
