Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CCTV systems, including cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and network infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Install, configure, and upgrade IP and analog surveillance cameras, access control systems, and related security hardware/software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in CCTV, card access, and alarm systems with minimal disruption to resort operations.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate security systems with existing resort infrastructure (e.g., POS, guest management systems).
- Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on security system performance, vulnerabilities, and compliance.
- Train resort staff on basic security system operations and emergency protocols.
- Stay updated on emerging security technologies (e.g., AI-based analytics, thermal imaging) and recommend upgrades to enhance resort safety.
- Ensure all security systems adhere to local regulations, industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001), and resort policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or a related field; certification in CCTV/access control systems (e.g., Bosch, Hikvision, Axis) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in maintaining and installing CCTV, access control, and security systems in large-scale facilities (hotels/resorts preferred).
- Proficiency in IP networking, PoE systems, and video management software (e.g., Milestone, Genetec).
- Strong knowledge of analog-to-digital migration, HD-TVI, and ONVIF protocols.
- Ability to read technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system optimization.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call support for critical security incidents.
