Responsibility
- Design, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct time-motion studies and data analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for production workflows.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet regulatory and customer specifications.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and enhance operational performance.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes, safety protocols, and technical skills.
- Prepare technical reports, process documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or production optimization.
- Proficient in process simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TQM methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, HACCP, or other industry-specific standards is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
