Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and testing of electrical, mechanical, or structural systems in compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for accurate implementation.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of installed systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime on construction sites.
- Maintain detailed records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Assist in the coordination of material deliveries, tooling, and equipment to support project timelines.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians or subcontractors as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Site Technician, Installer, or similar role in construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
- Technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and repairs.
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols, PPE usage, and OSHA/ISO standards.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor, high-temperature, or elevated environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali as required.
