Responsibility
- Oversee and manage fit-out projects from planning to handover, ensuring alignment with client specifications, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and critical path activities using tools like Primavera or MS Project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and cost analyses to stakeholders.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for materials, fixtures, and finishes.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Ensure all fit-out works adhere to local building codes, sustainability practices, and client requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fit-out project management, preferably in commercial, hospitality, or high-end residential sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering fit-out projects on time and within budget in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and local supplier networks is advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
