Responsibility
- Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality developments on schedule.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and optimize project efficiency.
- Implement sustainable building practices, including energy-efficient designs, waste reduction, and eco-friendly materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain project integrity.
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
- Ensure all projects align with environmental certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Building Index) where applicable.
- Foster strong relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and community stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, project management, or sustainability for residential/commercial developments.
- Proven track record of managing high-value projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of sustainable construction practices, green building standards, and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a multicultural setting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Certifications in PMP, LEED AP, or similar are highly desirable.
