Responsibility
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across multiple facilities in Bali.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of facility equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks, hazards, or inefficiencies in facility operations.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies in all facility-related activities.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to improve sustainability and reduce operational costs.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and warranty information.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and other facility management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel between facilities in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung as needed.
