Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities at the STP site to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations on-site.
- Resolve any technical issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in water or wastewater treatment projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
