Responsibility
- Assist in analyzing and optimizing operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.
- Support the design and layout of production facilities to maximize space and resource utilization.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track operational performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, including Kaizen events and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Provide support in inventory management and logistics coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the field of industrial engineering.
- Prior internship or project experience in operations, manufacturing, or industrial engineering is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
