Responsibility
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of water supply systems, including pipelines, pumps, reservoirs, and treatment facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of water infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system failures and restore service efficiently.
- Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with local and international standards for safety and sustainability.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.
- Manage emergency response protocols for water supply disruptions, including leak detection and repair.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and innovations to enhance water distribution efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in water supply operations, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, water treatment processes, and pipeline networks.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, SCADA systems, and other engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards for water quality and safety (e.g., WHO, local Indonesian regulations).
- Ability to work in fast-paced, field-based environments with occasional travel to remote sites.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
