Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain solar panel production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and quality control, to improve production workflows.
- Document process parameters, deviations, and corrective actions in compliance with industry standards.
- Assist in the implementation of new technologies and process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Communicate technical specifications and production updates with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all operational activities.
- Provide training and support to junior technicians and production staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Process Technician, Production Technician, or similar role in manufacturing, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of production machinery, quality control systems, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for shift schedules as needed.
