As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion. Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of mechanical engineering projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop detailed engineering designs, specifications, and technical drawings using CAD software.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and material sourcing to support project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines in all project phases.
- Troubleshoot mechanical systems and provide innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical project engineering, preferably in industrial, construction, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software for design and drafting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, cost estimation, and contract management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
