Responsibility
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on probe cards to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot probe card failures using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Conduct precision repairs, including needle replacement, alignment adjustments, and electrical testing.
- Calibrate probe cards to meet strict industry standards and client specifications.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and test results in detailed technical reports.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze probe card performance data and recommend improvements.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on probe card maintenance best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures in all maintenance procedures.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in probe card maintenance, semiconductor equipment repair, or precision engineering.
- Proficiency in using microscopes, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools for probe card testing.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor testing processes and probe card technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical schematics and manuals.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, cleanroom protocols, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) prevention measures.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
