Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for industrial boiler systems.
- Conduct on-site inspections, maintenance, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
- Deliver product training and demonstrations to clients and internal teams.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and service recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging boiler technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in boiler systems, HVAC, or industrial equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of steam boilers, combustion systems, and control mechanisms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently.
