Join Pro Unggul Indonesia as an MEP Building Engineer in the heart of Bali! We are seeking a skilled professional to maintain, repair, and optimize the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems of our premium facilities across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, and other key locations.
In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of building utilities, enhancing efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Your expertise will directly contribute to the comfort and functionality of our properties, supporting our commitment to excellence in infrastructure management.

Responsibility
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil systems in commercial/residential buildings.
- Diagnose system malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards (e.g., SNI, PUIL).
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to execute upgrades or emergency repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory of spare parts, and system performance metrics.
- Optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs through proactive system adjustments.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies (e.g., power outages, water leaks) as needed.
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff and conduct training on MEP best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP maintenance for buildings (hotels, offices, or commercial complexes preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and structural maintenance.
- Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) and energy-efficient technologies.
- Certifications in electrical safety, fire protection, or LEED are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; Balinese language is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Bali locations and work flexible hours.
