Responsibility
- Design, install, and maintain HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial and residential projects.
- Conduct site inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and client specifications.
- Prepare technical reports, schematics, and maintenance logs for documentation.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to clients and junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, local codes).
- Manage vendor relationships and procure high-quality materials for projects.
- Optimize energy efficiency and sustainability in mechanical system designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC systems, air conditioning, or mechanical services.
- Strong knowledge of M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in team environments.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali.
- Certification in HVAC/R or related fields is a plus.
