Responsibility
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting to ensure profitability and compliance.
- Lead project conceptualization by conducting market research, feasibility studies, and stakeholder consultations.
- Coordinate with engineering, architecture, and construction teams to align project goals with execution plans.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Manage special projects and ad-hoc initiatives as assigned by senior leadership.
- Maintain documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Liaise with government agencies, contractors, and vendors to secure permits, approvals, and resources.
- Drive sustainability and innovation in project design and execution, aligning with DMCI’s commitment to quality and environmental stewardship.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project development, construction management, or real estate.
- Proven track record in financial analysis, budgeting, and project planning.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and financial tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with local regulations, zoning laws, and construction standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset.
