Responsibility
- Lead and manage the moulding engineering team to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize moulding processes and reduce production costs.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of moulds and tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of moulding processes with other production stages.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team skills and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to moulding operations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in moulding engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of mould design, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Batam, Indonesia.
