Responsibility
- Design and develop MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with local and international codes.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into building designs.
- Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP).
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor installation progress and ensure adherence to design plans and safety standards.
- Perform load calculations, energy efficiency assessments, and system sizing for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing components.
- Troubleshoot MEP-related issues during construction and provide cost-effective, practical solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials and equipment within budget constraints.
- Ensure all MEP systems meet sustainability goals, including energy conservation and water efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering with a specialization in MEP systems.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP design, installation, or project management, preferably in construction or consulting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar design software for creating technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, SNI standards, and international MEP regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, NEC).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable design practices is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Badung, Bali as required.
