Responsibility
- Develop and maintain QA-SHE management systems to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols to mitigate workplace hazards.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize industrial methods and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Train and mentor staff on QA-SHE best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA-SHE or industrial engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using QA-SHE software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Certification in QA-SHE or industrial engineering is a plus.
