Responsibility
- Lead and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and review detailed project estimates, including material costs, labor, and equipment requirements.
- Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and optimize project workflows.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential challenges.
- Mentor junior engineers and site staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record in project supervision and estimation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering software tools.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
