Responsibility
- Lead the structural design and analysis of transportation and infrastructure projects, including bridges, highways, and public facilities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering standards, codes, and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and government agencies, to deliver high-quality projects.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess structural integrity and project viability.
- Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and construction documents.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
- Implement sustainable and innovative engineering solutions to enhance project efficiency and durability.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Proficient in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro.
- Strong knowledge of international design codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, Eurocodes) and local regulations.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience working in Southeast Asia or similar regions is a plus.
