Responsibility
- Provide technical support and solutions for Siemens products and applications.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop customized solutions for customer needs.
- Perform testing and validation of Siemens products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and application guides.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Siemens technologies and industry trends.
- Assist in the design and implementation of application-specific solutions for various industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product support, application engineering, or a similar role, preferably with Siemens products.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools relevant to Siemens products.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
