Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of retail staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
- Monitor daily operations, including sales, inventory, and customer interactions, to maintain efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly to uphold brand reputation.
- Coordinate with management to implement sales strategies, promotions, and process improvements.
- Oversee cash handling, reporting, and compliance with financial and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular audits of stock levels, merchandise displays, and store cleanliness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in retail supervision or a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff, customers, and management.
- Familiarity with retail software, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
