Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned retail stations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead, train, and motivate station staff to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Implement and maintain operational standards, including cleanliness, safety, and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
