Responsibility
- Supervise daily station operations, including vehicle dispatch, inventory management, and staff coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards in alignment with company policies.
- Monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve logistical challenges promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to uphold safety and performance standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
