Responsibility
- Execute and enforce the HSE 5 Fundamentals in all daily operations to ensure a zero-incident workplace.
- Develop and implement material planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to align material availability with manufacturing schedules.
- Monitor and analyze inventory turnover, stock levels, and demand forecasts to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for material-related delays and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track material movements, generate reports, and improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline just-in-time (JIT) delivery and reduce waste.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen) to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or production scheduling within manufacturing.
- Proven track record in HSE compliance and risk management in industrial settings.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across departments.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), or APICS is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
