Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze daily production performance against established plans, targets, and KPIs.
- Identify and investigate significant deviations, root causes, and break-ins, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, maintenance) to align production schedules with business priorities.
- Develop and maintain accurate production forecasts, ensuring alignment with demand and inventory requirements.
- Execute Business Team-endorsed production adjustments and communicate changes to relevant departments.
- Optimize resource utilization (labor, equipment, materials) to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and present performance reports, dashboards, and recommendations to senior management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling processes and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations within manufacturing, oil & gas, or logistics.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel, and production planning software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, TPM, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
