Responsibility
- Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Follow standardized work instructions and safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet specified standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and supervisors, to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
- Document production data, equipment performance, and any deviations for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for new production runs or product changes.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated with industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in electronics or precision engineering.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines, assembly lines, or automated systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to identify and resolve production issues.
- Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing production schedules as needed.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report issues to supervisors.
