Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth cost analysis of raw materials, components, and suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support regional and global customer quotes.
- Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and supplier pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business goals.
- Prepare and present pricing reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and optimize material costs.
- Ensure compliance with internal pricing policies and industry regulations.
- Support contract renewals and bids by providing accurate and timely pricing data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing analysis, cost accounting, or procurement within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Familiarity with supply chain dynamics and global sourcing strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
