Responsibility
- Develop and execute bunker fuel scheduling plans to ensure timely and efficient vessel refueling operations in alignment with port regulations and customer demands.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of marine fuels, optimizing stock to prevent shortages or excess while minimizing storage costs.
- Coordinate with vessel operators, suppliers, and internal teams to align fuel delivery timelines with operational requirements.
- Analyze market trends, demand forecasts, and logistical constraints to anticipate supply needs and adjust schedules proactively.
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations (e.g., IMO, ISO) and ExxonMobilâs safety and environmental policies.
- Prepare and present performance reports on fuel consumption, delivery efficiency, and cost savings to senior management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve logistical bottlenecks or delays, implementing corrective actions to maintain operational continuity.
- Leverage digital tools and ERP systems to streamline scheduling, tracking, and documentation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bunker fuel scheduling, marine logistics, or oil/gas supply chain operations.
- Proven track record in inventory management and demand forecasting for high-volume, time-sensitive operations.
- Strong understanding of maritime industry standards, port operations, and fuel quality specifications.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian maritime regulations and regional port authorities is a plus.
