Are you a natural leader with a passion for operational excellence? Rephil is seeking a dedicated and proactive Station Supervisor to join our team in Brgy. Aniban IV, Bacoor, Cavite. As a key member of our station management team, you will be responsible for the seamless execution of daily operations, ensuring that our high standards for service, safety, and efficiency are met every single day.

Responsibility
- Oversee and monitor daily station operations to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise station personnel to ensure high performance and service quality.
- Manage inventory levels, including fuel and retail stock, to ensure availability and accuracy.
- Implement and maintain cleanliness and maintenance protocols across the station premises.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues or conflicts effectively.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
- Enforce security and loss prevention measures to protect company assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in fuel retail, construction, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and customer interactions.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Resident of Bacoor, Cavite or nearby areas is highly preferred.
