Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage administrative processes related to site acquisition and network expansion.
- Conduct preliminary site evaluations, including feasibility studies and compliance checks.
- Liaise with property owners, local authorities, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth acquisitions.
- Maintain accurate records of site documentation, permits, and legal agreements.
- Assist in negotiating lease or purchase agreements for potential station locations.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations on site progress for senior management.
- Support the team in identifying strategic locations for future network growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site acquisition, property management, or administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of local real estate laws and regulations in Bali.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as required.
