Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential industrial and commercial properties for acquisition or development.
- Conduct market research to assess property values, trends, and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to strategize and execute property acquisition plans.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on property assessments, including financial and risk analyses.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with property owners and partners.
- Stay updated on local zoning laws, regulations, and market conditions affecting real estate.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate, sales, or business development, preferably in industrial/commercial sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and financial reports to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with Bali’s real estate market and local regulations is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
