Responsibility
- Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Negotiate sales contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings in Bali’s real estate sector.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional materials.
- Provide post-sale support, including documentation, follow-ups, and client satisfaction checks.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and training programs to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales, property management, or a related field (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s real estate market and local regulations is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages, such as Indonesian or Mandarin, are advantageous).
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one (if required by local regulations).
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools, property databases, or sales software.
