Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through various channels including networking events, referrals, and digital platforms
- Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective buyers, highlighting key features and investment potential
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored property solutions
- Prepare and present comprehensive sales proposals, contracts, and documentation with attention to detail
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective property listings and promotional materials
- Stay updated on Bali's property market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property sales, real estate, or related customer-facing roles
- Proven track record in sales with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of property laws and regulations in Indonesia (training provided)
- Computer literacy with experience using CRM systems and property databases
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Bali for property viewings
