Responsibility
- Oversee daily fuel station operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor and analyze station performance metrics, implementing strategies to improve profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain optimal stock levels of fuel and retail products.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure station cleanliness, equipment functionality, and adherence to brand standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, expenses, and operational activities to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and compliance.
- Familiarity with the fuel retail industry is advantageous but not required.
