Responsibility
- Lead and manage all daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high team morale.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, controlling costs, and minimizing waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through local events, social media, and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, or F&B Management role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
