Responsibility
- Lead and inspire a team of retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with Muji's brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive growth and improve profitability.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and product organization.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the regional management team to execute promotional events and local marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a lifestyle or fashion brand.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Passion for Muji's brand values and a commitment to delivering a superior customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
