Responsibility
- Conduct regular sales visits to retail stores, resorts, and vendors across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to promote and sell Asticom’s products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective negotiation, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including daily visit logs, sales performance, and market observations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Asticom’s products, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value to clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, consumer products, or FMCG industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other local languages is a plus.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and mobile sales applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing are advantageous.
