Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and store operations, to implement cutting-edge retail solutions tailored to local market demands.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven planograms for retail pharmacy stores to optimize product placement, space utilization, and sales performance.
- Analyze sales data, customer traffic patterns, and market trends to refine planogram strategies and improve product visibility.
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and store operations teams to align planograms with promotional campaigns, seasonal demands, and inventory goals.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and company standards in all planogram designs.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess planogram effectiveness, gather feedback, and make real-time adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor store staff on planogram execution, shelf stocking best practices, and visual merchandising techniques.
- Utilize space planning software (e.g., JDA, Retail Space Planning) to create, test, and deploy planograms efficiently.
- Monitor KPIs such as sales per square meter, inventory turnover, and customer dwell time to measure the impact of planogram changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in space planning are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail space planning, planogram development, or visual merchandising, preferably in the pharmacy or healthcare retail sector.
- Proficient in planogram software (e.g., JDA Space Planning, Retail Space Planning, or similar tools).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, customer insights, and market trends to inform decision-making.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple store layouts simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and functional space utilization.
- Willingness to travel to store locations across Bali as needed.
