Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain team.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.

Qualifications
