Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., sales per square meter, conversion rates) and report performance to senior management.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance productivity and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health/safety standards, and local regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and team performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems, inventory software, and basic financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (advantageous).
