Responsibility
- Promote and demonstrate pharmaceutical products to customers in retail settings across Bali.
- Educate consumers on product benefits, usage, and safety to drive informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement and relationship-building.
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
- Collaborate with retail staff to ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and compliance with company standards.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to report back to the sales and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory levels, and promotional outcomes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to deliver compelling sales pitches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or FMCG.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation and persuasion skills to effectively promote products.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work Wednesday to Sunday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM on a long-term basis.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, health supplements, or retail sales is a plus.
- Professional appearance, approachable demeanor, and a passion for customer service.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry (e.g., Excel, CRM tools).
