Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and brand-consistent store environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Conduct regular staff training to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention measures.
- Manage stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a sportswear or fashion brand.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for the adidas brand and a deep knowledge of sportswear trends.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
