Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries, offering product recommendations, and processing sales.
- Maintain organized and well-stocked pharmacy shelves, ensuring products are easily accessible and displayed attractively.
- Process cash and electronic transactions, issue receipts, and manage daily sales records.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, expiry date checks, and reporting low stock levels.
- Educate customers on over-the-counter medications, health products, and promotional offers.
- Adhere to company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory compliance in pharmacy operations.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or equivalent qualification; Diploma in Pharmacy or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products, health supplements, and personal care items.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per business needs.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in handling medications and transactions.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and POS systems.
- A proactive, team-player attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
